What we collect

We don’t ask for an account, a name, or an email address, and we don’t sell any data. The site is a static comparison site: there is no data collection form.

• Your browser’s local storage (never transmitted): age18 remembers that you confirmed you are 18; lci-consent remembers your cookie choice. Both are strictly necessary for the service you requested and stay on your device.
• Hosting provider technical logs: Cloudflare, Inc. processes your IP address and connection headers to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (legitimate security interest). This data may be processed in the United States; Cloudflare participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Analytics: no analytics tool is active at this time. If we add one, it will only be set after you agree through the banner, and this page will be updated.

Cookies

theaigirlfriend.net sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline any future analytics; declining doesn’t stop you from using the site. You can change your choice at any time:

Affiliate links and third-party sites

The “Try it” and “Get the deal” buttons lead to the sites of the apps we compare, often through an affiliate link. When you click, the publisher’s site (or its affiliate platform) may set its own cookies to attribute a possible signup. That processing falls under their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read before creating an account or paying. We receive no data about you from them: only aggregate statistics (number of clicks, signups, and commissions).

Adult content

This site is for adults only (18+). It publishes no explicit images. Some of the apps we compare offer adult content: we flag it on each profile. The site carries the RTA (Restricted To Adults) label to make parental control easier.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, object to, and restrict the processing of your data.
