In our reading, that makes it the most complete choice for a non-English speaker who wants images, voice, and video (the “Live Action” feature). Two caveats: prices are billed in US dollars ($13.99/month, or $3.99/month on a 12-month plan), and images, voice, and video use tokens bought on top, in packs from about $9.99 to $299.99. Secrets AI is the second adult platform with localized versions, on secrets.ai. The publisher is Secret Labs Inc., located at 8 The Green, Dover, Delaware (United States). The site translates the persona gallery, the creator, settings, and legal pages; characters hold up in your chosen language over time.

Its strengths against Candy AI: a strong emphasis on long-term memory, chat encryption advertised in its privacy policy, a catalog of ready-made personas, and a “Shorts” format (short character videos). Its weakness for someone comparing: prices are only shown after sign-up, so you can’t work out your budget before creating an account.

Replika and Character.AI are the two multilingual options with official mobile apps, and both refuse adult content. That’s not a flaw if you’re after companionship, conversation, or non-explicit roleplay; it is one if you want an AI girlfriend in the full sense.

Three practical consequences. The advertised “$3.99/month” isn’t 3.99 in your currency, and the difference changes every month. And on your statement, the descriptor will be the publisher’s or its payment processor’s name, not necessarily “Candy AI”: check the confirmation email to match them up.
