• Secrets AI and Candy AI advertise persistent memory across sessions.
• Kupid AI focuses on ready-made personas, but its memory between sessions is weak: count on personas with a built-in backstory rather than a relationship you build.
• Character.AI mostly keeps the context of the current session.
